BRACOL
100% Arabica
BRACOL is a blend of Brazil and Colombia beans. We roast to a medium profile to retain its acidity and sweetness in the cup. Suitable for espresso, with or without milk.
2055 Roastery makes BRACOL espresso blend out of 100% arabica beans. Arabica coffee is also known as the most popular type of coffee in the world. These beans have a unique flavor palette that is lighter, sweeter, and more enjoyable than most other coffee varieties. The way a coffee bean is roasted will significantly change its flavor. Darker roasts brings out nuttier tones, while lighter roasts emphasize the beans’ sweeter side. Regardless of the roast, all Arabica coffees are generally lighter, fruitier, and more pleasant than other varieties.

The beans packaging is a little dissappointing. But overall the taste of the beans are okay.
I would give a 5 if the roaster is able to provide FOC smaller packs for each 1kg purchase for loyal customer+home consumer like us 🙂 . Everyone has the same expectation to keep the coffee as fresh as possible.
