BRAMAN is a blend of Brazil and Mandhelling G1 beans. We roast to a medium profile to retain its acidity and sweetness in the cup. Suitable for espresso, with or without milk.

About Drum 2055 Coffee Roasters

Drum 2055 is the first artisan coffee roaster in Kota Bharu spear-headed by Junqi Gan. Jun has been in the coffee business for many years being the co-founder of The Bold Lab Cafe and Drum & Desk in Kota Bharu, as well as The Missing Socks Laundry Cafe in Siem Reap which all draw a loyal following for handcrafted coffee brewed with beans selected by herself.

She is now a fully-accredited SCAE-certified coffee roaster, an Associate Trainer of Barista Guild Asia and has trained baristas extensively for regional championships. Her team at Drum & Desk has also recently won the first runner-up at Malaysia Open Barista Championship 2019.
