For the love of coffee, we decided that we will work with as many prominent roasters as possible, from all over the world, one at a time. This is simply because there are plenty of amazing roasters out there, and we would like to be the bridge connecting all. Under our guest coffee roaster series, we will feature each roaster for 2 weeks, collect orders and then  submit for roasting. Typically, we will dispatch out orders during the last week of every month.

We design our seasonal house espresso blend to present a sweet and delicate, sometimes floral and always clean extraction. We source coffees to meet the intent to highlight good acidity, clarity and sweetness. Delicious served black and paired with milk.

The Seven Seeds roasting team are chasing the perfect juicy flavour bomb (there’s another one) with our dedicated filter blend. It’s an easy-drinking kind of coffee that is best drunk black. We recommend it for your batch brew, pour-over, Aeropress or plunger.

The F.Bomb is forever evolving, with different seasonal blends showcasing their components’ bright, fruity notes. It’s an excellent opportunity for our team to experiment with their roasts. A zesty single-origin that may shine on it’s own as an espresso reaches a whole new level when paired with a complimentary fruit-forward filter lot.

The end goal remains the same – Juicy & Fruity.

Different roasters have different roasting methodology, skills and preference. There are roasters who roast beans differently for espresso and filter brewing. And there are also roasters who specialize in omni roast where there is only one roasting type suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. In the event that we work with a roaster that only does omni roast, there is a possibility that the same single origins are available on both the espresso and filter coffee box.
