Espresso Instructions
In your milk pitcher, add 20g of Taming the Jackalope 43% chocolate powder , and 200g of cold fresh milk. Give a few stirs till the powder mixes evenly with the milk. Steam it together with milk to 68deg C. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up.
Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
For Home Recipe
Make a smooth paste with a small amount of hot water and 2 tablespoon (roughly 20g) of Taming the Jackalope dark cocoa powder. Mix slowly with hot milk, stirring constantly as you add the milk to the paste.
Sprinkle some chocolate on top. Enjoy đŸ™‚
