Barista Instructions
Hot Chocolate
Add 20g Shadow Tiger 63% chocolate powder to 150g fresh barista milk, and froth together to 68deg C. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up. Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
Optionally, in your cup, use 20g powder, add a small amount of hot water and whisk just enough to make it into a thin syrupy paste. Pour froth milk to serve your hot chocolate with latte art.
Adjust recipe according to preference and cup size.
Iced Chocolate
Use Shadow Tiger 63%, add a small amount of hot water and whisk just enough to make it into a thin syrupy paste. Pour this into a glass of 150g milk with ice cubes.
