Espresso Instructions
In your milk pitcher, add 20g of Unicorn Tears 50% and 150g of cold fresh milk. Give it a few stirs to ensure the powders mixes evenly with the milk. Steam together with the milk to 68deg C. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up.
Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
For Home Recipe
Make a smooth paste with a small amount of hot water and 2 tablespoon (roughly 20g) of Koko Deluxe.
Mix slowly with hot milk, stirring constantly as you add the milk to the paste.
Sprinkle some chocolate on top. Enjoy 🙂
