Guest Coffee Roaster
In the last 1 year, we have been working with various roasters from all over the world, including some of the award-winning roasters such as Drop Coffee Sweden, The Barn Coffee Germany, Gardelli Coffee Italy and Cupping Room Hong Kong.
Our guest roaster offerings from a particular roaster is only available for a limited period of time before we move on to another. Typically, a new guest roast roaster is introduced in the beginning of the month, orders are then collected and roasted for delivery around end of the particular month.
There will be options for Espresso & Filter roast, or an Omni roast depending on the roaster’s preference and style.
Our Guest Roaster option will be an ideal option for you to serve as Seasonal blend, your special Weekend offerings or even as a Single Origin option on your second grinder.

Roasted Coffee Blends
1. House Blends
For regular coffee offering, we have created three different blends through our partnership with our friends from Ghostbird Coffee Malaysia. There are 2 blends available, all blended from specialty graded Arabica beans. At the detailed product page and on the product packaging, you will find the origin details, taste note and brewing guide.
Our order deadlines are every Sunday for following week dispatch. Beans will be typically in the range of few days to within 14 days post roast when you receive them. We recommend that you use the beans after 12 days post roast and consume within 30 days post roast for optimal flavors.

2. Seasonal Blends
We are also working with multiple roasters and listed options for their Seasonal Blends. The roasters are categorized according to Country they’re based. Orders for Seasonal Blends are shipped directly from the particular roastery, as such you are unable to combine the orders with other products. Delivery timeline is expected within 7 working days, for delivery within Malaysia and other countries.

Premium Drinking Chocolate Powder
The Original Cocoa Traders Australia, develop their own gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, high cocoa fat drinking chocolate. Their 3 drinking chocolate blends are sold in Australia, New York, London, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand and of course Malaysia.
Our recommended recipe is around 15g to 18g of chocolate powder to 150g fresh milk, froth together. Perfect for high-volume and for cafes with multiple outlets that needs the high consistency and operational-ally friendly.
Our bestseller is the Koko Deluxe 40% and Mofo Deluxe 29%.
Pure Uji Matcha
Auresso’s Pure Uji Matcha is direct traded from Uji, Kyoto, Japan. Its packed in bags of 100g, to ensure only small amount is exposed as matcha gets oxidized faster and loses flavor over time. We take matcha stock in small amounts regularly to ensure clients only receive the freshest.
Our matcha is of High Tencha grade, suitable for beverage and cooking (pastries, cakes, waffle, cookies and gelato).
We recommend using 5g of matcha to 6g sugar, whisk and froth together with 150g fresh milk.
We work with both XO Teas Australia and Chai Me Australia for our chai latte offering. Both options are powder based.
Chai Me’s Original Blends is mildly sweetened, contains spices, black teas and maltodextrin. Use 15g of Chai Me to 150g fresh milk and froth together.
XO Tea’s Organic Chai is unsweetened, contains only spices without any black teas making this an ideal Caffeine-Free beverage. Use 3g chai to 6 sugar, and froth together with 150g fresh milk.
Spices used include cassia, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, black pepper and star anise.
Cascara, which means “husk,” “peel” or “skin” in Spanish, is the dried skins of coffee cherries. Normally coffee cherries are considered a by-product of the coffee-making process and are either discarded as waste or used as compost. Now these cherries are being reused to produce a unique drink of their own.
Our cascara are from Market Lane Australia.
Brew them similar like how you brew loose teas, about 5g of cascara to 200ml of hot water for 5 minutes.
