Our Story
Our Journey
Our journey started when we first bought a domestic espresso machine. We tried pulling a shot using grounded coffee from a supermarket. It was ok but we wondered why it wasn’t spectacular.
After undergoing barista trainings at a café in Australia, we soon realized our passion for Arabica and the eagerness to learn more. Many different permutations decide the end result of a brewed cup of coffee, first and foremost the freshly roasted Arabica beans.
As our passion grew, we questioned if we could a make a difference in the Malaysian landscape. Malaysia is a country with huge numbers of coffee enthusiast who until now has been drinking predominantly Robusta based coffee drinks. With increasing population of expatriates coming into Malaysia, students returning from overseas and the flow and effect of globalization, the market is learning on the flavour profiles of Arabica.
Auresso Coffee was born to bridge this gap and the journey begins….
Our Commitment
To supply quality beverage solutions at our highest standards, focusing mainly on freshly roasted coffee, organic teas, premium drinking chocolate powder, premium matcha and hojicha powder, chai latte powder and sticky chai.
Our Approach
We aim to provide our Home consumers with our Specialty products and accessories all online via a fully functional e-commerce website while also providing offline ordering and support for our Business and Cafe clients.
We have partnered with multiple roasters locally to supply Cafe grade blends in different qualities, roast levels and price in order to suit different business preferences. Our Guest Roaster option will also be exciting, as we aim to feature prominent roasters from all over the world on seasonal basis.
Through our partnership with courier services such as Pos Laju for domestic and FedEx for international, we aim to ship out all order as soon as possible. Non-coffee products will be stocked up at our facility in Klang, Malaysia. All coffees will be roasted on order or fulfilled from the latest batch, as such we assure you that your beans should be around 10 days post roast on average when you receive them.
