We roast our cafe blends weekly to ensure maximum freshness. Typically, when your order arrives, the beans are on average 7 days old. This is actually the ‘sweet spot’ for espresso—it gives the beans just enough time to degas so they are stable, easy to dial in, and at their peak flavor profile the moment they hit your hopper.
We support supplies for roasted coffee beans, organic teas in both teabags and loose, premium drinking chocolate powders, premium Japanese matcha and hojicha powders, chai latte powders and sticky chais.
