We used to offer Free Shipping for Orders above RM 100 and a flat charge of RM 9 for Peninsular and RM 13 for East Malaysia for orders lesser than RM 100.
However, we have decided to keep our pricing more Transparent charge Shipping for all orders instead of having to keep raising our Product Pricing just to cover the shipping charges. In this way, it will also be fairer for clients who decide to self-collect orders directly from our showroom and for those purchasing lighter products or staying nearer to Us.
For Domestic, we will continue to use services from Gdex and will also be adding DHL ECommerce as our latest domestic courier service partners. All orders will be limited to a maximum of 30kg per order, for larger orders kindly drop us an email at sales@auresso.com.my for a quotation or Submit your enquiry here.
We will also be adding International Shipping to selected countries via Aramex Express. Aramex have been able to provide a reasonable rate at an acceptable express transit time which makes it an ideal option for us at this point of time. If your desired Shipping Country is currently not available via existing options, do drop us an email at sales@auresso.com.my for us to provide a manual quotation while waiting for us to get the particular country added in our list of options.
